I give blood every eight weeks (i've done this for years prior to NBE) and stop all NBE for about four days before I do so and pound water like crazy to flush (I've done it twice so far).
Afterwards I start again and ramp back up. So far I have had two eight week cycles and let me tell you... I feel great after a few days back on and I got a pop of growth this time, too!
