As far as being on the lookout for changes, I think the big thing to be watching out for at this point in time is any adverse side-effects your body may have with pm. It'll take some time before you'll probably notice any changes with breast development or brain rewiring. However, adverse side-effects can show up within just a few days of the initial intake of pm. A few members have experienced this, either because their body is very sensitive to pm, or because they ramped up their dosage too quickly.
