You probably won't see much if any changes with just one bottle of pm. Assuming you take an average of 2,000 mg per day, one bottle will last between 3-4 weeks.
Even though one bottle by itself probably won't bring about any noticeable changes, it's a good opportunity to see if pm causes any unpleasant side-effects for you. If you want to see whether pm is an effective herb for you for growing breasts, I would suggest using pm for about six months.
