I've done a lot of reading, and scouring Isabelle's and AbiDrew's posts
. As far as the herbs I had lots of fennel and Flaxseed already, and made a trip to the natural grocery and picked up some key items I had interest in. The maca was one because I really want to grow a nice booty, and considering the amount of biking I do I figured that would help a lot. As far as dosages I started a slow ramp and just listened to my body. It hasn't been a long time to really see the effects clearly, and after a month and what I experienced today I felt it a good time to get critiqued.
30 miles a day isn't much. And it varies actually between 30-100 miles a day. thanks for the feedback!
