Truth is. Sometimes you never do recover. Most of the time you do.
Breast growth is tricky. Depends how far along you were developed. Up to about stage 3 - all gone. Stage 4 and above, nice full, perky boobs will deflate into saggy masses of flesh.
A pump will also vary. Some people it does help. Some it does nothing. No matter what you really shouldn't expect any crazy gains from pumping, that HAS happened, but it's rare to the point of making it a near non-topic.
