Maybe I'm reading too much into this question. Maybe it is just worded very poorly. I think the intent behind the whole "fight / defend / take a stance" question is maybe meant within the confines of a relationship. In other words, if your significant other were not supportive or were no longer supportive, would you argue your case for the right or need to have breasts?
I'm too early in the process to answer most of these questions so I'm not responding to most of it, but being single, any woman I meet will be meeting the me who has breasts so they won't be some sort of surprise sprung on her at a later date or a change in the terms of our relationship. They should be a non-issue at that point.
