I'm hoping to have a nice quick ramp up considering how much I've taken over the years. I think I've gone on and off of SP and FG for about 3 years now, and when I discovered the Solgar PM in February I finally realized I seriously wanted this. I just needed money! 
I'm just now a week into taking SP and I'm going to add FG for about two weeks (starting tomorrow) before I finally bring in the Ainterol PM. I know it seems like I'm taking my time, but the 3 year lead up makes this a cakewalk!!
