Why not use pm? I think it has a pretty good record. Unless you're able to find credible and sufficient research on all of these herbs, the one other option would be to self-experiment. However, that would take a lot of time and money, both of which could be used to take a herb that has a reliable track record.
If you really want to pursue the self-experimentation option, I would recommend first reducing the number of herbs on your list.
