Could you be iron deficient Abi? The dizziness/lightheadedness and random flushing happens to me after menses because of iron deficiency after my cycle (although I'm always iron deficient). I feel fine when sitting or laying down but as soon as I get moving...it hits me! So if it was somehow part of your cycle...it would fit!
