l-arginine is also good as a pre-workout, it helps give you a boost during workouts to push you further, at least that's my experience as well as body builders. (no it won't bulk you up, it just helps with endurance). It also helped in lowering my high blood pressure naturally along side with me taking garlic capsules.
But yea, I take l-arginine and MSM together.
