Great thanks! I am not planing on having kids anytime soon if at all, I just was concerned about the permanence of it.
I think I understand the cross dressing part a bit better now, just as long as the joy is not taken out of it.
I will probably do a mix of sp and pm and maybe though in some Maca as a few others recommended it to help keep the functionality of the penis.
