I never had any muscle mass there anyway. It was skeletally larger than it is now. My bones have changed. And as far as I was aware nothing is supposed to be able to change your bone structure. Once that matures in whatever way it's going to mature, it's set. You can temporarily restructure your floating ribs, but even they will return to normal after a short time without being bound. Shoulders are set though. Or at least, are supposed to be.
EDIT: Well. Actually not "nothing", but nothing short of surgery anyways, and I most certainly haven't been under any knives in a very long time!
