I don't know anything about what FG may or may not do here, but one thing I do know is that a genetic man's upper body is largely dependent on muscle mass (and the shoulders will narrow as that mass decreases). Mine have narrowed by two inches over the past year. It's not anything that I have taken, but rather the fact that I have essentially discontinued weightlifting. In my case the reason for discontinuing is injury, but the end result is the same.
