I'm thinking about ordering some diatomaceous earth. Just wondering if either of you are taking a tsp every day or only cleansing with it?

and does this site look alright? http://www.earthworkshealth.com/ or do you know of a better one? I'm paranoid about my organs being filled with heavy metals/toxins/critters, so why not give it a try. If it can reduce my migraines even a little it'll be well worth the cost.
