Age will also play a role as in you get greater results in your teens or 20s than you probably will if you start after 40. Noogling may or may not help. PM may or may not work. Massage may or may not do anything. Every single one of us is performing our own experiment, and the end result for some of us could end up being a smaller bank account and the same chest we started with.
