not much point sending me a personal message if you have disabled receiving replies! I don't think it matters if I copy it here.

If you go back through this thread "about assessing the risks", you'll see that I feel quite strongly about minimising risk. I think the stronger estrogens are much more likely to risk breast cancers and DVT than PM which is (a) a plant hormone bioidentical with estriol, the weakest, and (b) PM has research to show that it actually protects against breast cancer. It should have come across that I am doubtful about the need for progesterone, which is not available as a herbal product anyway.

My comment stands: the TS DIY Hormone people will have much more experience in this area. People who come to an NBE group are more likely to be risk averse.
