Something I recommend doing is taking snapshots of your breasts every so often and posting it to the picture forum. I do mine monthly. I suggest taking one now as a "pre-NBE" picture. Others may see a growth or change where you may not. After all, it can be hard to notice changes when you're looking at your breasts everyday.
The feedback you get from your pictures I think can help you gauge whether you need to increase your herb doses, or whether everything is working out.2,000 mg is the average dose I think a genetic male needs to induce breast growth. I suggest taking this dose for three or four months and go from there. If you get some development, 2,000 mg may be the right dose for you. If not, you probably should bump up your dose.
