Which brings me to a query. Is it possible for the 'owner' of a thread on this board to amend its title (as opposed to its number)? This could be a useful facility, particularly for those of us that provide periodic updates or sequels, and are stuck with a title that is no longer appropriate, or who wish to regain control of an escaped thread.

Any edits to a post has to be made within 24 hours of the initial post. The subject line on individual replies can be changed, but not the title of the thread as far as I'm aware.
