know the feeling, their are a lot of businesses that are that way anymore with their employees.
I could list at least a page of companies by name that not only treat their employees little better than indentured slaves, but also will either fire/lay off/run off their good employees and keep the bad employees because they blow sunshine up upper management's backsides.....
and avoiding going into a rant myself I will post a link to an article I found recently that I think has at least part of the problem pegged.
