I'm intrigued by what you wrote. I've been under the impression that just about all males who have taken pm for a significant amount of time welcome the lost of interest in porn and having frequent erections. In other words, there's no conflict between pm dampening the sex drive and the user having less interest in sex. I'm not sure what the results would typically be when a male wants to maintain his sex drive at a pre-pm level while still taking pm to grow breasts. It almost sounds like you're trying to work against yourself.

Oh that's easy. A lot of people have the dysphoria but also a happy loving married life which they do not want to lose. For such people, full functionality along with the ability to look like a female represent an ideal.

If my wife and I were younger, it would be for me too, but now a reduction in drive is desirable.

There's been a lot of spiteful comment in other areas about whether autogynephilia exists, whether it is on the spectrum of cisgender <-> transgender or some other "condition", etc. I think it only matters to activists, and is as relevant to normal life as proof of the existence of the Higgs boson.

Well, I know that (a) the description applies/applied to me and (b) estrogen calms my mind, so as far as I am concerned the answers to the debate as mentioned are "yes" and "yes".
