Just on a side note I've been off pm for about a month and a half and have to say I didn't get any symptoms other unlucky people get, and I was taking high doses.
Never had any problems while taking pm apart from a bit of shrinkage in sac but not much.
With the new regime although its only been a few days my breasts do feel firmer and ache a lil bit, sort of like a deep tissue sort of ache
