I think the other members have already posted some excellent advice on this matter. If he hasn't already, I think he should really consider why he wants his own breasts. Before buying anything or spending a lot of time on research, I think it's crucial he understands the time commitment and the irreversible physical changes that will come about from growing breasts. If this is something he really wants to do, I think he'll be successful and will enjoy the journey and the outcome. If he just wants breasts to spice up his sex life or something to that effect, he may find the price tag for growing breasts is too high for him.
