"Removed relatively easy".?!?!??
Since when is surgery and major sedation to put implants in and remove them RELATIVELY EASY????? The adjectives: expensive, painful, likely complications, painful rehab and temporary are what come to mind when referring to breast augmentation surgery. Especially, when you are talking about a man who probably has no extra skin on his chest to place the implants under anyway. And, this will make the procedure to have an even worse chance for success.
Your choice of words leaves much to be desired...
