Hi, please help?
I have been on a herb programme for about 4 1/2 months. FG, WY and SP. I also make up and apply a lotion of FG and SP.
I have ordered one bottle of PM capsules however I am concerned.
Should I try other herbs and if so which ones please?
Should I perhaps try a PM cream instead of the capsules?
