wich one is actually better for us males to take, does anybody know if there is a difference?

also i am in the UK and the last time i brought health suppliments online from america i received a rather large Import tax/ VAT; anybody else in in the uk experience these and what are we meant to do if they calculate it based on the declared value then the use a 1-1 conversion rate for $-£
