Everyone, both male and female, naturally produces Testosterone, Oestrogens and Progesterone, we all need all three, its only the relative proportions of the three that make the difference. For the biological males on this board what we are trying to do is alter that natural balance to fool the male body into growing breasts, because, again, we all naturally have the necessary physiological structures they just need the right chemical stimulus.
I notice that you keep referring to doing things in secret and that is quite understandable, however you make me think that subconciously you think it is "wrong" to have these feelings and desires and I'd just like to try to reassure you that it is in no way wrong
it may be a bit unusual ( but probably nowhere near as uncommon as you think) but it is definitely not "wrong".
It's up to you to decide what to do and at what age, it's your body and your life, but do be aware that you will have to live with the consequences of whatever you decide to do, boobs are not reversible and can't be taken off when they get inconvenient! I've been cross-dressing all my life ( since about 11 or 12) but I didn't start to try to grow my breasts until I was 62, so you don't have to decide immediately!
