Whilst not in anyway trying to discount what you feel is happening to you, I'm at a total loss to understand how progesterone could affect back pain. Are you sure it is the progesterone itself and not just the fact that you are using a cream to massage aching muscles?
Earlier in the thread there was some discussion about the best place to put prog cream and I've seen many different statements that "must" be adhered to!!
Some say never put it actually on the breasts, others say thats the best place. Some say put it on fatty areas of the body and others say put it where the skin is thinnest because the blood vessels are nearer the surface.
The one thing that most seems to agree on is to NOT put it in the same place all the time. I'm not 100% sure why that is but I think its something to do with saturating one small area and then wasting subsequent applications.
