I bought the canister of Ainterol PM, too (I got the R1 version - must be ~ twice as strong). After I tried all kinds of other herbs and saying that PM was just too expensive. Then I saw that Ainterol powder deal and bought the powder. Turns out it would've been MUCH cheaper to just start with the PM powder to begin with than mess around with all the other herbs (even though they worked somewhat).
I had initially intended to use my capsule machine, since I have about 12,000 empty capsules. 8-O...
However, after tasting just the plain pure powder, it's not bad at all. So rather than go though the PITA capsule process, I just use a measuring spoon - 1/4 tsp, twice a day. Using a [cheapie] milligram scale, it turns out to be ~500mg each spoon... Parachuting with some water.
