Yeah, equivalent dose.
Liquid extract is like thousands of times more concentrated than the stuff they pack into the pills. It's even more concentrated than the dry concentrate.
2-3 drops is approximately the same as 1 Ainteral 500mg cap.
St. Herbs liquid is supposedly about the same. From what I can tell, they use the same process to extract, but different farms. Once you get down to liquid extraction though, source no longer means anything, it just means more or less waste product.
AND. If you can afford the down payment, St. Herbs liquid is the absolute cheapest PM of them all. But that's like IIRC, almost 300 bucks all at once for a huge jug of it.
