After having looked at the link about estrogen dominance in the thread you linked, maybe I was just estrogen dominant after 8 months of PM and SP sometimes....
Scary, but I almost hope that was it, because maybe this progestorone will fix it.
That's interesting Sarah. Ever since I started on PM, I've had a more or less permanent snuffle, sneezing, and sometimes a really bad cough.
It has always put me in mind of my Hay Fever symptoms but since we have a couple of parrots and allergy to parrot dander is quite common, I've blamed it on them, but still wondered about PM! I've also not slept very well for some while, although that has improved recently...since I started taking Microgest, now I come to think of it!
As for PABA, I tried it for a few months, right back at the beginning, but didn't find it made any difference one way or the other.
