you may want to include Progesterone or a natural progetsterone suppliment like wild yam concentrate ( applied topically) or chaste berries..those are two that i know of...that is of course if you are trying to increase size.. and yes, lactation can help a great deal, however, you will need a hospital grade pump and hours and hours of pumping to lactate effectively .. those being predisposed of being genetically of the xy persuasion will have to work extra hard to achieve this..(fenugreek , fennel (for MER, milk eject reflex or milk letdown). or you can create your own Negative pressure -syringe type suction devices..(no, no needles on the syringe).
