I am hoping to have a little results by july! that will give me 6 months.want to wear a bikini this summer.

For yours sake I hope I'm wrong ( and if I am, I'll be really jealous!! ) but I doubt that you'll be anywhere big enough to wear a bikini in public by July, I'm afraid. Especially if you currently have a muscle-builders chest.

The changes that you've noticed in these early days are probably real but it sounds as though it could be the deposition of fat onto the chest. That's something that most of us experience after a couple of weeks or so, but it takes anything up to 3 or 4 months to get the start of real tissue development.

I'm also hoping to be able to wear a bikini on the beach in June and its taken me 18 months to get to this, so far.
