General perceived wisdom is that if you are taking PM then you don't need anything else apart from possible an anti-androgen ( saw palmetto), at least to begin with ( for the first year or so). Progesterone and prolactin cause swelling, but you need to grow something to swell first!
Ainterol is a good brand of PM, but there are others.
Also, it will take anything up to 3 or 4 months to see the first growth starting, so don't get discouraged.
