I've been taking PM for a month using dargona's graph of E levels, but have read that progestorone doesn't appear in GGs until the breast is almost fully formed.

Was wondering if i should wait another month or two, or go ahead and take it. Was thinking about fennel tea and RC this week instead of PM.
