It is highly unlikely that after only a few days you are seeing more than a slight beginning of fat redistribution. The increased sensitivity is most likely an increased awareness of your skin because it will be touched by clothing etc in a different position to what you've been used to, and the skin itself may be slightly stretched by the additional volume. This is totally normal and expected, and is totally reversible at this stage.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the gf, I do hope you can sort it out.
However what you've said about needing her support to enable you to continue along the feminisation path, worries me. Several of us have previously expressed concerns about whether you should be attempting this, and if you are more concerned about your need for a female partner than you are about your body, then I have even more doubts.

You must do what is right for you of course, but it seems to me that you should stop taking everything, sort out you relationship and then seriously look at what you want to do. In this day and age it is sadly true that very few relationships last for life, and it is therefore quite possible that sooner or later you and she will part, or even that accident or illness will take her from you - if that happens after you've achieved the half-and-half state that you are dreaming of, what would you do?
