In the UK employers cannot use a gender change as a grounds for dismissal. Check and see if similar legislation exists in the US. Otherwise start reading here

However, do not do anything until you have spent at least a month on PM. If the oestrogen theory is correct then you will either like PM or hate it. If you hate it then you are most likely not TS.
