Has anyone found any information or a chart that shows phytoestrogen levels for someone that takes PM. I'd like to see something that graphs the level of phytoestrogen in the blood starting when the PM is taken in the AM, during the day, thru when it is again taken in the PM and then finishing at the end of the 24 hour period.
Why? Cause I'd like to relate the things that I'm feeling during that 24 hour period to the levels of PM in my blood.
