I'll echo what's been said already. The bra calculators don't work for men. I'm fairly sure they don't work for women too well either. The style and materials and even the manufacturer (their implementation of the styles) all are completely variable. I personally think that with the modern stretchy fabric of most bands, that for men, start with the measurement under your boobs for your band size. No adding or subtracting anything. The cup size becomes a major guessing game. You can start with the rules that women use for them, but it won't be the final answer. Our boobs point sideways, bulge in different places, have different inter-boob spaces, hang off the ribcage differently, have different musculature behind, the pecs are usually much more pronounced between the boob and the shoulder than women's, etc. The sizes are only a starting point.
And I bet I could drop both my boobs into one cup of your bra and still have room for a sandwich. I am happy with the size of my boobs compared to the size of my ribcage. Not so much with my belly, but that's another forum. Pansy-Mae's are an excellent size for her ribcage, in my opinion. I bet yours are well on their way to being good for your ribcage too. The other option I have considered if I were to want my boobs bigger compared to my ribcage is to make the ribcage (or more accurately, the flesh adhering to it) smaller. I imagine I could drop 30 pounds and would really find my boobs were too large for me.
Not that I'm likely to find out. I like my sandwiches too much.
