Hi flordis and welcome.
Ok, if you look through the threads you'll find all of your excellent beginners questions, and many more besides, have been answered many times. It can get a bit confusing though, so briefly, the basics boil down to:
1) It is generally thought to be good idea not to take FG etc at the same time as PM because it can dilute the effects.
2) The exception to that is that you can take SP and PM together because the SP is an anti-androgen and you may need that.
3) Its always wise to start anything new, gradually, just in case your body has any kind of adverse reaction.
4) Your PM says 2 x500mg per day maximum - that is for females and again it is generally thought that up to 4 a day for males is fine ( I don't have any problems at that level myself) and going up to 6 for a short periods is quite common, but not all in one go!
5) On either FG or PM, some slight change in texture/shape in the first few weeks is usual but is not true growth, it is the start of fat redistribution to a female pattern.
6) To get true growth starting you need to be thinking in terms of maybe 3 or 4 months, although you may be one of the lucky ones and get it sooner.
7) At 6 - 9 months you can expect to have small but real boobs and after that its up to you how long you keep at it but they are for life so be sure what you are getting yourself into!
