I think regardless of method used (NBE or HRT), a conservative estimate for getting signs of breast growth is a few weeks to a few months. Unfortunately, short of implants, there's no shortcuts to getting breasts. Like a lot of other bodily changes (i.e. building muscle, losing weight, etc.) it takes time for the body to show changes.

For you, one favorable thing about breast growth (particularly for people who you see on a regular basis) is others IRL might not notice it. After all, most people probably aren't looking for breasts on someone who is presenting as male.

As far as I know, herbal treatment grows complete breasts.
