For me personally it wasn't worth taking a toll on my manhood, I will always identify as a man but it was an interesting experiment nonetheless. Still have youthful facial features, less wrinkles and somewhat softer skin.It's completely wrecked my libido and have had major shrinkage especially the balls and cannot get hard at all
