in regards to the " You're so your that the growth hormone side isn't much an issue, you can easily get your levels to match heights of puberty", is the idea that since I'm young, my HGH + IGF-1 levels are probably still reasonably high naturally? Is Prolactin something I can get prescribed by doctors? I'll look into it.

I would like to weight cycle, but my body doesn't like losing weight, and the anti-depressant i'm on, mitazapine, works well for my mental health, but also makes my appetite larger. I weigh 87.1 kg atm, at 181cm ish, how much weight would be a good starting point to lose? I think my bones are heavy, because I don't think i look like I weigh 87kg.

Thank you for your insight again, very thankful to have found BN.

Yes, sorry for the type. I'm neurodivergent and make fuckton of typos when typing fast and not double checking every post.

You're so young you can easily get your growth hormone + growth factors really high. It gets harder in later age when these levels start to naturally descline. HGH is quite easy until around age fifty five and when you're under thirty its super easy to deal with this as nothing has diminished much if at all. Prolactin is the hormone that plays massive role in incuding lactation and it plays a big part in breast development. I don't think you can get tit prescribed on its own, but our bodies produce it quite easily if you eat right kind of diet, take some prolactin boosting herbs, Inot long ago posted a list of well known ones, there's plenty of options. Then medications like Cyproterone Acetate and in particular Domperidone can greatly boost your levels.

Keep in mind you want to keep prolactin in balance, unless you're aiming for inducing lactation, too high levels can elevate prolactinoma risk but its unlikely you would get such levels going. Prolactin is one of the hormones that most ignore or they're way too scared of it, but it can be beneficial to your breast development.

You're quite slim tbh. Bones don't add much to over all weight, they're actually pretty light. Was it around +10% of body weight what bones cover? I don't remember from the top of my head, but its not as much as people think. Most bones are hollow and have theporous part inside, sturdy as fuck but light. Muscles weight massively more and fat is much lighter, its lower density and bigger by volume.

Go dig the forum and read, there's tons of good information here, just takes some effort to gather it all together.

I've been trying to figure out how to use the forum correctly, I've tried searching "Tanyasquirrels Acorns", "Tanyasquirrels", " Inot" and "prolactin boosting herbs" and no posts come up. is searching like that not the correct way to find old threads?

Also I just tell myself I have heavy bones to make myself feel better for my weight lol. Would you start with me gaining 2.5kg then losing it? or losing it first? I don't excercise almost at all, so it's probably mostly fat ?

Thanks!
