Thank you all for the sweet comments.I do admit I have a good shape but my body is rarely “hard” and I would much prefer soft lol.So that’s what I’m trying to do here.I also want the focus to be strictly on BO so others have a good reference.I will be doing glute targeted kettle bell and band workouts 3-4 times a week.My diet is pre planned as well.
