Yes, Brava has been discontinued and Evebra appears to be the current system, based on the evebra.com site.
When I said surgery is “not an option,” that was my personal decision, not because doctors said it was impossible. My doctors did not recommend any specific treatment beyond observation, and my hormone levels are within normal ranges. Hormonal/herbal approaches were discussed, but no strong medical endorsement was given.
I have not started Evebra or Noogleberry yet — I was asking about sizing and am still evaluating vacuum expansion carefully before choosing a device. I’m also aware of lower-cost dome options on Amazon.
I’m focusing on non-surgical, mechanical approaches and trying to proceed cautiously and evidence-based.
