If you empty a few capsules of Fenugreek in small amount of water and let it sit a few days it makes a very slimy & slippery substance that can be used for pumping. I used to do this, but it is quite smelly.
Now, I just use a generic KY Jelly from walmart for pumping. Easy water cleanup. Then massage/moisturize with a homemade lotion with PM extract or Bi-Est after.
