Thank you all so nuch! I really do appreciate your help, all of you. I will definitely look into estriadol, but I am guessing it is a pharmacy/ prescription drug? I do have green tea extract tabs as well as red reishi in my next order which hopefully will arrive in the next couple of days. 
I just also simply have to say what a brilliant community this forum is, it has been a godsend to me and I am sure many others too. Thank you all again. Take care.
