What you're describing here is exactly what I have got from HRT, glandulars, Pioglitazone + weight gain. Those are the exact spots which have gained the most, and all that new fat is absolutely jello soft too. 
And the hip dip keeps becoming more prominent as I'm becoming wider both below and above, just like in the picture.
Last few months have been spectacular on fat distribution and gain, the moment I started to keep a steady caloric surplus, ramped up my estrogens and upped oral DHEA from 25mg to 50mg things got on high gear. Note that with oral DHEA, its best to have a blocker going on, such as Bica which makes T receptors inert, otherwise there might be too much androgens floating around which isn't optimal.
