I've no experience with FG or the pills either, but seems odd f you are growing yet no sign of budding. However, FG (and breast growth in general) is slow so maybe for your journey it'll take longer.
You could consider upping ante and add/switch to something like BO which is easy to get in the UK and a topical regime along with massage?
