Another newbie here...I'm looking to increase the size of my breasts a bit, to fill out a bra more, not transition and want to remain functional. I have a little to start with (gyno, I guess). So I started with Fenugreek Oil, rubbed some on my breasts. Once a day for two days. It resulted in stomach gurgling and diarrhea. I next tried NatureDay cream, Sane thing, Within two days, stomach gurgling and diarrhea. I discontinued using them but now I'm wondering : Is this something to be expected? Does my body just need time to adjust to these phytoestrogens and will eventually not make me sick?

My Noogleberry pumps just arrived so I'm going to start using that. Any suggestions or insights would be so welcomed. This site has helped me immeasurably.
