I don't really see any reason to combine PM and FG. 

Stick to one or the other and use a higher dose if necessary.

Of course, you need an AA and Progesterone cream.

Hi, fairly new and always looking for advice, I’m in UK and any estrogen cream has to be prescription  is there any alternatives over the counter in the UK for AA and Progesterone. Thanks in advance x
